-Calm and lavender-have worked for me. Placing it on feet, temples and wrist. Then take a drop or two and rub it into your hands and cup your hands around your nose and take a few deep breaths.

Calm and also lavender.

Try Calm first. I diffuse and rub on temples. I also have an oil bracelet that I can use to diffuse. Also slow deep breathing. And….try wrapping up tight in a blanket or get a big hug from a very close friend!
